???? Step 1: Log in or Register an Account

• Go to the submission system: https://mobilelab-eaut.com/index.php/eaut_jn/vi

• Click Login (top right corner).

• If you don’t have an account, click Register and fill in the required information.

???? Step 2: Start a New Submission

• After logging in, select New Submission from the Dashboard menu.

• Read and agree to the submission and ethics checklist.

• Click Save and Continue.

???? Step 3: Enter Submission Metadata

Fill in the required fields:

• Title

• Abstract

• Keywords

• Authors and Affiliations

• Language of the manuscript

Then click Save and Continue.

???? Step 4: Upload Manuscript File

• Choose the file type: Article Text

• Click Upload File and select your .doc or .docx file from your computer.

• Repeat to upload additional files such as appendices, figures, or tables.

Then click Save and Continue.

???? Step 5: Confirm and Finish Submission

• Review all entered information.

• Click Finish Submission to complete the process.

• The system will send you a confirmation email.

✅ After Submission:

• You can track the progress of your submission from the Submissions section in your Dashboard.

• All communications, peer review decisions, and revision requests will appear there.
