AUTHOR GUIDELINES FOR MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

1. Manuscript Preparation

Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the journal's formatting guidelines, which include:

  • Language: Vietnamese or English

  • File format: .doc or .docx

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1.5

The manuscript should include the following main sections:

  • Title

  • Abstract and Keywords

  • Main content (may be divided into sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, etc.)

  • References (formatted according to APA or IEEE, depending on the journal’s policy)

2. Submission Process

Authors must register for an account on the system and follow these steps to submit a manuscript:

Steps:

  1. Log in or register an account.

  2. Select “New Submission”.

  3. Fill in the manuscript details.

  4. Upload the manuscript and any relevant files.

  5. Confirm and complete the submission.

3. Article Processing Charges (APC)
  • APC: 1,000,000,000 VND per article

  • Payment is required only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.

  • The fee supports the costs of peer review, publication, and system maintenance.

4. Copyright and Author Rights

By submitting to the journal, authors agree to the following:

  • Authors retain copyright of their articles.

  • The journal is granted the right to publish the article as open access.

  • Authors are fully responsible for the content, research integrity, and ethical compliance of their work.

5. Ethics Policy

The journal strictly adheres to academic and publishing ethics, including:

  • No plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or content duplication.

  • Clear consent must be obtained from all co-authors.

  • Any third-party data or information must be properly cited.

  • Violations will result in withdrawal or rejection of the manuscript in accordance with policy.

6. Peer Review Policy
  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts through a double-blind peer review process.

  • Average review time: 2–4 weeks.

  • Review outcomes may include: Accept / Revise / Reject.
